A 30-day product guarantee is included with your purchase beginning on the date you receive your goods. 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you find an item you've received to be faulty, then you should let us know as soon as possible. We will happily issue you a refund, and you should follow the procedure set out below.
If an item is found to be faulty, it is possible to have your return postage refunded up to the value of £5.99 with a postage receipt. Please contact Customer Services for more information.
In order to return a faulty item, you will need to log into your vanela-fudge. co.uk account and view your order details to select the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Print the Returns Form and check the information is correct. To process your return in the timeliest manner, you should include the Returns Form in the parcel you send back to us. Failure to do so could result in the delay of any refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
We do our best to issue refunds within a week of receiving the item back to us, but if this isn’t appropriate then we promise to make all refunds within 14 days from receiving the goods back into our warehouse. We are unable to process a refund until the item is returned to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
